Full Description: This course will prepare individuals for entry level emergency medical training in various types of emergency services. Police, Fire, Emergency Managers, Security , and Safety Officers are training on how to respond to a sick or injured person and provide basic life support until a higher lever of care arrives on the scene. Graduates of this course will take the cognitive and psychomotor examination for certification in Indiana.

Reporting Instructions: Students will register through Acadis.

Tuition of $200 must be paid, or arrangements made prior to day 1 of class. Tuition will cover book, online access, and supplies for class.

Prerequisites
- PSID #
- Current CPR/BLS (AHA or RC accepted)
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
